How quickly will you reply?
Usually within a couple of days. We're a small operation, so it's a person reading and a person replying — not a queue.
I found a bug. What helps you most?
What you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead. A screenshot and the browser you were using turns a guess into a fix.
Can I ask for my data, or ask you to delete it?
Yes, and you don't have to give a reason. Write to info@mypetsuite.eu and we'll deal with it. The Privacy Policy sets out the full list of rights and how long we take.

Very much. Most of what's in mypet care exists because someone said the current way of doing it was annoying.
