Setting up takes a few minutes. Confirming that the clinic is really yours takes a call from us.

Create an account and claim your clinic
Sign up at vet.mypetsuite.eu, then add your clinic: name, address, phone and opening hours.

We phone you to confirm
No clinic appears to owners until we have confirmed it by telephone, so nobody can set up a page in your name.

Accept the data agreement
One plain agreement says who is responsible for what. Your clinic's owner reads and accepts it inside mypet vet before anything is recorded.

Invite your team and begin
Add your vets and receptionists, and switch on online booking if you want it. Your first patient takes about a minute.
Your data
Clear about whose data is whose
Records about animals are also records about their owners. These are the rules we hold ourselves to.
- Stored in the European UnionThe database, the files and the server functions are in Belgium.
- Owners decide what they shareA pet's record reaches you only with its owner's consent, and they can withdraw it at any time. The owner sees when a clinic opened it.
- Your record book stays yoursExport your patients, their histories, photos and PDFs. If you leave, you keep 30 days to do it before the record book is deleted.
- No invoices, no moneymypet vet is not practice-management or fiscal software, and it never handles payments.

What does it cost?
Nothing. mypet vet is free for clinics today. If that ever changes, every clinic will hear from us well in advance, and nothing you have recorded will be held back.
Most of our clients don't use any app. Is it still useful?
Yes, they are who it was built for. The record book works for every patient, app or not: you keep the history, print certificates and remind owners on WhatsApp from your own phone. If an owner joins mypet care later, the pet's history is waiting for them.
Do we need to install anything?
No. It runs in the browser on a phone, a tablet or a computer. Add it to the home screen and it opens like an app. On a computer the whole team shares, it can sign out by itself after a quiet spell.
What do owners see of what we write?
Only what is meant for them. Once an owner accepts your invitation, the pet's vaccinations and visits appear in their app, with reminders for the next dose. Weights, prescriptions, lab results and photos stay with your clinic.
Is it in Albanian?
The screens are in English. What you send owners, the reminders and the invitations on WhatsApp, goes out in your own words and your own language.
Who is responsible for the data?
Your clinic for the records it keeps, and mypetsuite for running the service and for owners' own accounts: each is an independent controller, under Albania's data protection law. The agreement you accept before recording sets it all out, including how quickly each side reports a breach.
What happens if we leave?
Your listing and your team's access end at once, and you keep 30 days to export the record book before it is deleted. Records older than five years are deleted by themselves.
Can it replace our practice-management software?
No, and it won't try to. There are no invoices, no stock and no payments. It sits beside however you run the clinic today, a paper ledger included.
