mypet care is live — free while we’re in beta

Everything your pet needs, in one calm place.

A small family of apps for the people who look after animals. Care tasks and gentle reminders, health records that are actually there when the vet asks, photos worth keeping, and a community of owners nearby.

Works in any browser today. Android and iOS are on the way.

The boring parts, quietly handled

Looking after an animal is mostly small things remembered at the right moment. The app is where they are written down, and what shows you the ones you owe today.

Care tasks and reminders

Feeding, walks, medication, the flea treatment you always forget. Set it once, and everything due — and everything overdue — is waiting the moment you open the app.

Health tracking

Weight, vaccinations, treatments and notes, kept in one history — so when the vet asks, the answer is right there.

A gallery worth keeping

The photographs worth keeping, kept with the pet they belong to, instead of scattered through five years of camera roll.

Share a pet

Partners, family, the neighbour who feeds the cat while you're away. They see the same plan, and you choose who can only look and who can tick things off.

Where it runs

Open it in a browser today

The web app is the real thing, not a preview — and it will add itself to your home screen if you ask. Store apps will follow, and we'll say so here rather than on a store page that doesn't exist yet.

Live

Web

Works in any modern browser, on a phone, a tablet or a laptop. Nothing to download — and if you want it on your home screen, your phone can put it there, where it opens in its own window like any other app.

Android

A native app for Android is on the roadmap. We'll link it here the day it exists.

Coming soon

iOS

Same for iPhone and iPad. No store badge until there's something behind it.

Free while we’re in beta

Every feature in mypet care is free to use right now. If a paid plan arrives later we will say so clearly and well ahead of time — nothing here will start charging you by surprise.

And there will always be a free plan: up to three pets with five photos each, with care tasks, reminders, weight, treats and health records included. Friends and the nearby-services directory will be part of the paid plan, and the free plan will show a few ads.

Notes on looking after animals

Practical things we've learned, and the questions pet owners keep asking us.

Vomiting: what can wait until morning, and what can't

A dog or cat that has been sick once and is otherwise fine can usually wait. One that has been sick three times, or is retching and nothing comes up, or is a cat that has stopped eating, cannot. The signs that decide it, and what to do in the meantime.
