These terms govern your use of this website, mypetsuite.eu. By using it, you agree to them. If you do not, please stop using the site.

They cover the website only. The mypet care application at care.mypetsuite.eu is a separate service governed by its own Terms of Service and End-User Licence Agreement, which you accept when you use the app.

1. Who we are

This site is operated by mypetsuite, Ap. 34, R. Albanopoli, Tirana, Albania. You can reach us at info@mypetsuite.eu.

2. What this website is

An informational site describing our applications, publishing articles, and providing a way to contact us. It does not sell anything, hold accounts, or process payments.

3. Accuracy, and the limits of it

We write this site carefully and correct mistakes when we find them. Even so:

  • Descriptions of unreleased applications — currently mypet vet and mypet store — are statements of intent, not commitments. Features and timing will change, and some planned things may never be built.
  • Articles on the blog are general information, not professional advice. In particular, nothing on this site is veterinary advice. If you have a concern about an animal's health, speak to a qualified vet. In an emergency, contact an emergency veterinary service immediately.
  • Availability and pricing statements — including that mypet care is currently free — describe the position at the time of writing and may change.

4. Intellectual property

The site's design, code, text, graphics, logos and the mypetsuite, mypet care, mypet vet and mypet store names are ours and are protected by copyright and trade mark law.

You may read the site, link to it, and quote reasonable extracts from articles with clear attribution and a link back. You may not republish substantial parts, reproduce the site's design, or use our names or logos in a way that suggests we endorse you, without written permission.

5. Acceptable use

Please do not:

  • interfere with the site, its security, or its availability;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it or its infrastructure;
  • scrape it in a way that places an unreasonable load on it;
  • use the contact form to send spam, malware, or unlawful, abusive or deceptive content;
  • misrepresent who you are when contacting us.

6. What you send us

If you send us a message, a bug report or a suggestion, you keep whatever rights you have in it — but you give us permission to read it, act on it, and build any idea in it into our products without owing you anything for it. Please do not send us anything you consider confidential.

Where we link elsewhere, we do not control that site and are not responsible for its content, its accuracy, or how it treats your data. A link is not an endorsement.

8. No warranty

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law permits, we make no warranties of any kind about it — including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law permits, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, or for any loss of profit, data or goodwill.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you deal with us as a consumer, you keep every mandatory right your local law gives you, and nothing here affects it.

10. Privacy

How we handle personal data is set out in the Privacy Policy, and what we store on your device — nothing — in the Cookie Policy.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top always reflects the current version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Albania, and the courts of Albania have jurisdiction over any dispute — without depriving you of the protection of any mandatory consumer law in your own country of residence.
